Hello lovely, I'm Tacondra, and it brings me great joy to introduce myself as a reserved, but down-to-earth spirit, a giver of wisdom, a lover of books, beauty, music, and Tacos! I'm also a wife, mom, author, artist, and a devoted transformational leader, mentor, and professional life coach and consultant. My journey has been one of growth, setbacks, self-discovery, and a deep commitment to nourishing and helping others unlock their authentic being, beauty, and brilliance. Having a degree in psychology with a concentration in life, leadership, and wellness coaching, in addition to a professional case management background working with homeless, domestic violence, and sexual assault victims, I am honored to specialize in supporting women on their path to wholeness and empowerment. I believe that every woman possesses immense strength and resilience, like trees. Yet, sometimes life's challenges can knock us down, cloud our vision, and hold us back from rebuilding, believing, and embracing our ability to bounce back. Having encountered many roadblocks and losses in my own life, I've learned through struggle how to overcome limiting beliefs, sabotage, and people-pleasing to reclaim my soul and power from experiences designed to break me. However, I now utilize these experiences to build me instead.

I have a unique ability to help women realize their worth, and build or rebuild themselves after navigating a loss of identity due to pains and unexpected life transitions that leave them paralyzed with fear, doubts, or anxiety about moving forward in their purpose.  I understand very well the effects of living life running from the real you and from people to avoid pain, being bound by fear, derailed by disappointments, and just wanting to give up. Nonetheless, my journey models that transformation is possible to the degree that you intentionally go after it by renewing your mind and cultivating resilience, despite setbacks, challenges, inconsistencies, and more. This pursuit is part of the wholeness journey.  Over the years, my natural ability to listen, advise, and inspire others has become so empowering that coworkers, friends, followers on social media, and even family began asking me behind the scenes for help with their challenges. Instead of running from my calling, like most of us tend to do at first, this motivated me to give myself over to my gift and turn my passion into a full-time pursuit.

I am not your average mentor. My belief lies in the potency of transformation fostered through genuine relationships, not mere transactions. As a result, I carefully consider those who wish to mentor alongside me. During my free time, I find joy in reading, writing books and songs, making music with my daughter, traveling with my husband, exercising, cultivating my own fruits and vegetables, cooking, savoring meals, and embracing a quiet yet vibrant life!
